Exercise 2 - Mail Merge

 Step 1

     First, I designed my header on canva because there's a lot more options and possible edits to be done and recommend app for most schools.

Step 2 

     I created the document details. I researched a bit on real invitation from my spam mails and the  example given by the pdf.

Summary:

   Hi, thank you for showing interest in Liyue Art School.

You are hereby invited to attend the Seminar of Liyue Art Program.

Join the orientation this upcoming September 27, 2021 and explore the opportunity to learn the Liyue Art Program without cost.

The event will take place at Liyue Park at Imus, Cavite.

We are greatly expecting you to attend our first seminar, We hope to see you there.

Step 3

     I put the header on my MS Word and then created the recipients infos and details.

Step 4

     I inserted the titles using merge field and edited the title a bit to fill the header.

Step 5

     I used the preview results to check my mistakes and show my results.

Step 6

     I "Finish & Merge" and then compiled the results.
